Step 1 — The first conversation.
Free. No obligation. No sales pitch. We ask where you are now, what has not worked, what your
timeline is, what constraints you carry, where confidence breaks, and what success would actually
look like. At the end of that call, we tell you honestly whether we think we can help.
Step 2 — The diagnostic.
Diagnostic options depend on stage: prerequisite baseline, entrance exam baseline, in-program exam
pattern review, ATI focused review, or NCLEX readiness review. The diagnostic takes less than an
hour. It saves you weeks of studying the wrong things.
Step 3 — Your plan.
Every written plan includes priority objectives, weekly study structure, session cadence, measurable
milestones, and adaptation rules if life changes. If your situation changes, the plan adjusts.
Step 4 — The sessions.
One tutor. Online by default, with in-person support in select locations. Flexible scheduling.
Reachability between sessions for short clarifications when momentum is at risk.
Step 5 — Progress tracking.
Every 2-3 weeks we review performance, adjust priorities, and re-sequence your plan around what is
actually moving scores and confidence.
